This is a Shoemount designed by Fuzzy Dunkel. The design is to help protect the camera flash, great for shooting solo in case your stand takes a tumble. The design can be adjusted to fit the width of your flash. The Fuzzy Flash Bracket does not include a shoemount, but one is not needed, the flash is held firmly in place by the bracket. The outer safety bar is designed to protect your flash.
